Healthy Skin Foods
Vitamin A is great for healthy skin hair and eyes. It is active in the process of new cell growth.
So make sure you eat you berries, eggs, milk and oily fish. There are many other foods too that would give you skin a boost.
HAND PROTECTION
Hands are always out in the elements unless you live in gloves.
Even when driving they get attacked by the sun, whilst up on the steering wheel.
So always use a sun cream on your hands. Even if it’s a body sun screen. It’s better than nothing, even in winter.
It will also help to hold back the signs of the brown age spots.
LIP BARRIERS
We should always wear something on our lips to help protect them.
Lipstick, gloss or balms should be worn as the layers of the skin on the lips are much thinner than the rest of the face.
Not only will balms, gloss or lipstick make them feel nice and moist they also help protect them from the environment more.
DOUBLE BUBBLE
You can use skincare products for more that one task. To help save you money.
For instance lip balms can help to tame those one or two wild hairs in the eyebrows. Use the balm like a hair gel.
Use your hand creams on your feet. Especially when you have tubes and tubs of the stuff, given to you for Christmas or a birthday.
EYE CREAMS
Make sure you use a specific cream for around the eyes.
The skin around the eyes is very delicate. So ordinary face moisturisers can cause little white hard spots (milia) if used constantly.
